    I'm guessing the low rating is because only the negative gets reported, but I wanted to say that I have been going here at least once a month for years and would highly recommend. The results are great no matter what technician I've used. The place is clean and huge, making wait times short. And the people are all very sweet. I do see customers being demanding and high maintenance, which is so hard to watch. Remember to be kind and keep things in perspective- you are getting your nails done, it's not life or death and certainly not worth being so nasty to another human being. These are hard working people who deserve respect.

    Gave it another shot...short dip mani came out great. Nice and sleek. ... clean shop .../ Nice staff .... this set wasn't a rush job
